Manpower Supply & Outsourcing

Manpower Supply & Outsourcing Across India

Get the capacity without the headcount. We employ, pay and stay accountable for the people; you direct the work.

    How outsourced manpower works

You define the roles, the volume and the location. WSNE sources and screens the staff, employs them, and deploys them to your site or to remote work under your direction. Each month you receive a single invoice; each month we handle the salary run, the statutory deposits and the paperwork behind them.

The reason employers choose this over direct hiring is rarely cost alone — it is that headcount approvals, employment liability and payroll compliance all stay off their books while the work still gets done.

No addition to your sanctioned headcount
No employment relationship or termination exposure
Statutory compliance carried by WSNE, with documentation on request
Scale the deployed team up or down against notice terms
One monthly invoice instead of per-employee administration
    Replacement timelines committed in writing

Not on this list: site and construction labour, security guards, housekeeping and drivers. WSNE is a professional staffing firm, not a labour contractor — for those categories a licensed contractor will serve you better, and we would rather tell you now.

What we take on, in compliance terms

This is the part that matters if you are being audited. As employer of record for deployed staff, WSNE is responsible for:

    Monthly salary processing & payslips
    Provident Fund registration and deposits
ESI, where applicable by wage threshold
    Professional tax by state
TDS deduction and Form 16 issuance
    Statutory registers and periodic returns
    Leave and attendance records
Full & final settlement on exit

Compliance documentation is available to clients on request for their own audit files. If you need payroll administration without the sourcing, see payroll outsourcing.

    Manpower supply FAQs

Manpower supply is an arrangement where a staffing company employs workers on its own payroll and deploys them to work at a client’s premises under the client’s day-to-day direction. The client pays a monthly invoice covering employee cost plus a service margin, and does not add the people to its own headcount. WSNE supplies manpower on this model for professional and white-collar functions across India.

They share the same legal structure — the worker is on the supplier’s payroll — but differ in intent. Contract staffing is usually a named specialist engaged for a defined project and duration, priced per person. Manpower supply is ongoing operational capacity, often several people in similar roles, priced as a monthly service with agreed headcount and replacement turnaround. If you are filling one senior gap, contract staffing fits; if you are running a function, manpower supply usually does.

WSNE is the employer of record. We issue the appointment letter, run monthly payroll, deposit provident fund and ESI, deduct professional tax and TDS, maintain statutory registers and file the associated returns. The client directs the work but carries no employment relationship, which is the main reason employers choose this model.

No. WSNE supplies professional and white-collar manpower — technology, BPO and customer support, finance and accounting, analytics, sales, and administrative roles. We do not supply site labour, security guards, housekeeping staff or drivers. Those categories are served better by a licensed labour contractor, and we will say so rather than take the mandate.

Replacement is our obligation, not yours. Attrition on deployed staff is handled by WSNE, and the replacement timeline is written into the agreement — typically 15 to 30 days depending on role scarcity, with interim cover where the function cannot pause. If someone is not performing, tell us and we will replace them; you are not managing a termination.

As a monthly invoice per deployed person: the employee’s gross cost, the statutory employer contributions (PF, ESI where applicable), and a service margin expressed either as a percentage or a fixed per-head amount. The margin depends on volume, role level and city. Everything is agreed in writing before deployment, so the monthly invoice holds no surprises.

Commercially, outsourced manpower makes sense from around three to five deployed people or a six-month duration. Below that the administrative overhead outweighs the benefit for both sides, and contract staffing or a permanent hire is usually the better answer — we will tell you that rather than sell you the larger engagement.
