For Job Seekers
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in your profile and resume.
- Single Account: You may maintain only one account. Duplicate accounts may be terminated.
- Job Applications: When you apply for jobs through our platform, your information may be shared with prospective employers.
- No Guarantee: We do not guarantee employment or job placement. Our role is to facilitate connections between candidates and employers.
- Professional Conduct: You agree to act professionally in all interactions with employers and our team.
For Employers
- Job Listings: All job listings must be for genuine positions. Fraudulent listings are strictly prohibited.
- Equal Opportunity: Employers must comply with all applicable employment laws and not discriminate based on race, gender, religion, caste, or any other protected characteristic.
- Candidate Information: You agree to use candidate information solely for recruitment purposes and not share it with third parties.
- Payment Terms: Fees for our services are as agreed in the service agreement. Payment is due as per the agreed terms.
- Replacement Policy: Our replacement guarantee is subject to the terms specified in your service agreement.
General Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of WSNE Consulting and is protected by intellectual property laws.
User Content
By submitting content (resumes, job listings, etc.) to our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, store, and share this content for recruitment purposes.
Prohibited Activities
You may not: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) scrape or collect user data without permission; (d) post spam or false information.
Limitation of Liability
WSNE Consulting provides recruitment services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for:
- Any actions or decisions made by employers or candidates
- Loss of data or unauthorized access due to circumstances beyond our control
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- The conduct of any user of our services
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
