For busy founders, HR teams and international employers.

    Bring a useful starting point

A first call does not need a perfect job description. Bring the role, employee work location, why the hire is needed and the main constraints. If a budget or timeline is undecided, say so.

    Explain what has already happened

Tell the recruiter whether the role is new, previously advertised or already at interview stage. Explain which profiles have missed the mark and why, without sharing unnecessary candidate personal information.

Leave with an owner and an action

Agree what happens next, who owns it and when it will be reviewed. That may be a refined brief, an internal budget decision or a separate discussion about recruitment scope and terms.

Book in the correct time zone

WSNE offers 15-minute introductory appointments on weekdays, 10 am–6 pm India time, subject to calendar availability. The Google booking page displays times in the selected time zone. Complete the booking to receive a confirmed appointment; opening the page is not a reservation.

    If you missed a call

Use the callback form with a preferred time and time zone. The acknowledgement includes WSNE contact details and the appointment link. A callback request is received for review; it does not itself reserve a slot.

    A useful 15-minute agenda

    • Minutes 1–3: role, business need and employee work location.
    • Minutes 4–7: essential skills, approved budget and joining priorities.
    • Minutes 8–11: what has already been tried and how interviews will work.
    • Minutes 12–15: open questions, action owner and next review point.

This is a suggested agenda, not a promised outcome or a substitute for a full briefing. If there are several roles, start with the highest-priority requirement and arrange a separate conversation for the wider hiring plan.

What to send before the call

A short job brief or a paragraph describing the work is enough to begin. Avoid sending candidate records or unnecessary personal information. If your team has not agreed the budget or location, identify the person who can resolve it. That makes the next action concrete without inventing decisions that have not been made.

    Discuss your hiring requirement

Share a hiring brief with WSNE, explore hiring in India, or request a callback. Recruitment scope and terms are agreed separately.
