6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical support, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences and effective issue resolution.
7. Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to the development and implementation of best practices.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide relevant insights and recommendations for enhancing customer satisfaction.
